While we work hard to keep product pages accurate, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and fabric dye lots. Measurements may vary by approximately 1 to 3 centimeters because of manual cutting and sewing. These variations do not constitute defects unless the product is unfit for ordinary bedding use.

An order is accepted only when we send order confirmation and the item is available. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided. You are responsible for entering the correct name, address, postal code, and contact email. DonaldHome is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned shipments caused by inaccurate checkout details.

All sales are subject to our Return Policy and Shipping Policy. Refunds, exchanges, and store credit are handled according to the specific reason for return, such as damaged goods, wrong item, or change of mind. Digital content, downloaded guides, and customized quilt sets may be non-refundable once delivered.
