Processing time: 1 to 3 business days. Pre-order or restock items may take 5 to 7 business days. You receive a confirmation email after checkout and a tracking email once the order leaves the warehouse.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7 to 12 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 8 to 15 business days
- Canada and Australia: 9 to 16 business days
- Other international destinations: 12 to 25 business days
Shipping methods: standard international postal or courier service depending on destination, selected at checkout. Some markets may receive DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local last-mile carriers.

Free shipping:
Spend 89 USD or more and enjoy free standard shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Australia and so on. Other countries receive discounted shipping, but standard rates still apply. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with separate promo codes unless stated.
Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, because customs and carriers can cause delays. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. DonaldHome is not liable for delays caused by wrong address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer pays reshipment shipping.
